Case Details
This is a 53 year old female who had been wanting a breast augmentation most of her adult life. She was bothered by deflation after pregnancy as well as asymmetry. Dr. Young used Mentor silicone implants, moderate plus profile Xtra for added fullness in the upper pole and projection. The asymmetry was improved by using a 350 cc implant on the right and a 405 cc implant on the left. Photos are six months apart.
